Melissa is the Evidence, Impact and Research Manager at CatholicCare Sydney, where she has worked since 2022 supporting government-funded services, school wellbeing services, and consumer-directed care.  Prior to this, Melissa led policy, programs and strategies in both state and local government organisations to support resilient families and communities.  She is driven by ensuring service design and continuous improvement is informed by reliable evidence through research, client engagement, collaboration, and practitioner knowledge to ensure it is effective and meaningful.
