Uniting Vic Tas

Dr Cirila (Lilac) Limpangog is Senior Manager for Communities for Children (CfC) Hume Program and Community Development Shepparton Projects, of Uniting Vic Tas. 

Lilac has worked in international and community development for over 25 years, in Australia, Southeast Asia and the Philippines where she grew up. She has also taught in higher education and published in the areas of gender and women's right in migration and workplace.    

Within CfC Hume, Lilac manages a portfolio of 13 funded projects. Among these are the innovative projects Flexible and Socially Inclusive Playgroup (FSIP) and the Adolescent and Family Violence and (Cyber)bullying Prevention, which are presented as posters in AIFS 2024 Conference.
